Terms of Use

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, and you must use the site in line with applicable law. The site is not directed to anyone under 16 and is not designed for their use.

ProductDome is an independent product directory. It publishes category listings, product pages, comparisons and buying guides, and it links to product listings on Amazon.

ProductDome is not a shop. We do not sell products, hold stock, take payment, ship anything, or handle returns, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and Amazon or any seller on Amazon. Access is free, no account is required, and we may change, add, suspend or remove features at any time.

ProductDome is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Outbound product links are generally affiliate links, and some pass through our tracking redirect at tracking.productdome.com before reaching Amazon.

Using an affiliate link does not change the price you pay or the terms of your purchase. The full relationship is described on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon does not review, approve or endorse ProductDome or its content.

Product titles, images and specifications come from public Amazon product listings and, where available, from the Amazon Product Advertising API. That information is supplied by sellers and manufacturers, may be incomplete or wrong, and changes without notice. Content on a page may be out of date when you read it.

ProductDome does not display prices or availability, and it does not display Amazon customer reviews or star ratings. Price, availability, shipping, seller identity, warranty and returns are set by Amazon and its sellers. Confirm every detail on the Amazon listing before you buy.

Our content is written from product data and public information. We do not carry out hands on testing, and nothing on the site should be read as a claim that we did. See theEditorial and Review Policy.

Everything on ProductDome is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, safety or other professional advice, and it cannot take account of your circumstances. Decisions you take after reading the site, including purchases, are your own.

You agree not to:

• use the site in breach of any law or regulation
• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk copy the site or its data without our written permission
• overload, probe or attack the site, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it
• interfere with security measures, rate limits or access controls
• generate artificial clicks on outbound links, or otherwise manipulate click measurement
• frame, mirror or republish the site in a way that misrepresents its origin
• impersonate ProductDome or any other person
• use the site or its links to distribute spam or harmful content

Artificial click generation is a breach of both these Terms and the rules of the Associates Program, and we will block traffic that shows it.

If you subscribe through the newsletter page you consent to receive the emails you asked for, which may contain affiliate links. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can change what we send at email settings. Unsubscribing never affects your access to the site, because nothing on it is gated.

The ProductDome name, branding, page design, software, editorial text and the structure of our listings are owned by ProductDome or its licensors. You may read, link to and share our pages normally. You may not copy, republish, resell, or build a competing dataset from our content without written permission.

Product names, images, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify products, and their use does not imply any endorsement of ProductDome.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or corrections, we may use them without obligation or payment unless the law requires otherwise. Corrections are handled as described in theEditorial and Review Policy.

The site links to Amazon and occasionally to other external sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, availability, policies or actions. Their terms and privacy notices apply once you leave ProductDome.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, and non infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that product information is current or correct, or that any product will meet your needs.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProductDome is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business or opportunity, arising out of your use of the site or of any product you buy after following a link from it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us, which for a free site is normally nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

We may block or restrict access at any time where it is needed to protect the site, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be set aside by agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms, and the revised version is posted here with a new last updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
