Pros and cons
- Stainless steel handle resists corrosion
- 13.5 inch overall length for larger cutting tasks
- Blade steel and edge type not specified
- Box dimensions listed rather than clear blade specs
- No purchases recorded in the past month
Performance notes
A stainless steel handle resists corrosion better than wood or plastic in wet kitchen or outdoor use, and the 13.5 inch overall length puts it in the range of a large chef's or camp style knife rather than a small paring blade. No blade steel type is listed, so edge retention cannot be judged from the data here.
