Overview
Spreading this liquid with the included foam pad leaves a carnauba and polymer layer that deepens gloss and protects paint. Meguiar's Gold Class works by hand or with a dual action polisher on any glossy finish.
Blending carnauba with polymers pairs the warm look of wax with longer-lasting protection. It is a protection step only, so paint should be clean and smooth first.
Who it's for
Weekend washers on clear coat paint suit it, with the option to use a polisher later. Anyone wanting to remove defects needs a polish or compound first.
Pros and cons
- Applicator pad included
- Carnauba plus polymers
- Hand or machine use
- Safe on clear coats
- No correction ability
- Durability not quantified
- Buffing towel not included
Performance notes
Polymers bond to the paint for durability while carnauba adds depth to reflections. A dual action polisher spreads it thinner and more evenly than hand application.
