Overview
The Irwin 2078305 is a cutter with a rubber handle, weighing 2.88 ounces.
At under 3 ounces, the 2078305 is a lightweight hand tool, and the rubber handle points to a grip built for comfort and slip resistance rather than the harder composite grips found on heavier duty cutters. Irwin's 2078 series generally covers diagonal and wire cutting pliers, though this listing does not specify the jaw style.

- Lightweight at 2.88 ounces
- Jaw style and maximum cutting capacity are not stated
Performance notes
The rubber handle and 2.88 ounce weight suggest a tool built for comfortable extended handling rather than raw cutting force, which lines up with lighter gauge cutting tasks over heavy duty ones.
