Overview
An Okuma VS-605-20 rod and reel combo, sold pre-spooled with 100 yards of 6 lb line in a blue finish. As a combo, it pairs a matched rod and reel rather than requiring separate purchases.
The light 6 lb line spooled at the factory points to this combo being built for finesse presentations rather than heavy freshwater or saltwater targets, which fits Okuma's reputation for entry to mid-level spinning gear.

Who it's for
Anglers who want a ready-to-fish combo already spooled with line, particularly for lighter freshwater species. Not built for anglers targeting larger fish that need heavier line capacity.
Pros and cons
- Ready to fish out of the box, pre-spooled
- Matched rod and reel from an established maker
- 6 lb line limits it to lighter targets
- Line choice is fixed unless respooled
Performance notes
Coming pre-spooled with 100 yards of 6 lb line means this combo is ready to cast without a separate spooling step, at the cost of the flexibility to choose your own line brand or test up front.
