Overview
Proxxon built the 28132 clamp to a featherweight 3.04 ounces, fitting the brand's catalog of mini precision tools.
Proxxon's catalog runs toward small scale precision tools for model builders and hobbyists, and a 3 ounce clamp fits that niche rather than cabinet shop clamping. The lack of recent sales is worth noting alongside the otherwise solid rating.
- 3.04 ounce weight
- Proxxon precision tool line
- No monthly purchases recorded
Who it's for
Suits model makers and hobbyists needing a small, light clamp for delicate work. Not a fit for tradespeople who need serious clamping force on full size lumber or metal stock.
Pros and cons
- Very light for precise small-part holding
- No purchases recorded in past month
- No jaw opening or throat depth listed
Performance notes
At 3.04 ounces, this clamp is built for delicate holding rather than serious clamping pressure, consistent with Proxxon's focus on small precision tools. Jaw opening and throat depth are not listed, so exact capacity should be confirmed on the current listing.
