Overview
Shuffling and dealing these Copag cards feels smooth because they are made from plastic PVC rather than paper. Jumbo indexes make each card easy to read across the table, and the decks travel in a slim hard case with a divider.
Plastic resists bending, spills and wear, so one deck outlasts many paper decks at a busy table. Large indexes help players read cards without picking them up. The slick feel takes some getting used to for paper card players.
Who it's for
Regular poker nights, older players who need larger print and anyone tired of bent cards will appreciate the durability. Collectors or magicians who prefer paper handling should choose a paper deck.
Pros and cons
- Plastic resists spills and bends
- Large, easy-to-read indexes
- Slim hard case with divider
- Smooth shuffling finish
- Slicker feel than paper
- Wide size, not bridge size
- Hard case adds bulk
Performance notes
PVC plastic springs back from bends and can be wiped clean, which is where the long life comes from. Jumbo indexes take up more of the card face for readability. The smooth finish helps cards slide during shuffles and deals.
