Overview
The GEW-BR is a Berkley Gulp Earthworm soft bait in brown, sold as a 4 inch scented lure rather than a liquid or spray attractant despite the attractant category label. It ships as individual worms rather than a bulk container.
Category text calls this an attractant, but the spec data and special field point to a Gulp soft plastic worm, a scented bait rather than a scent additive applied to other lures. The listing notes it suits many species without naming a single one.
- Berkley Gulp Earthworm, brown
- 4 inch / 10 cm soft bait
- Scented rather than a spray attractant
- General purpose species use
Who it's for
Anglers who fish soft plastic worms and want a pre scented bait rather than adding attractant separately. Not the product to buy if you are actually looking for a liquid or spray on scent additive.
Pros and cons
- Pre scented, ready to fish soft bait
- 4 inch size suits general species
- No mixing or application needed
- Not a liquid or spray attractant despite the category
- No target species named beyond general use
Performance notes
As a scented soft bait, the earthworm is fished on its own hook rather than applied to another lure, which sets it apart from spray or gel attractants that treat existing baits. The 4 inch size keeps it in a general purpose range suited to a variety of freshwater species rather than one specific target.
