Sun-Maid Raisins 10 oz

Overview

A 10 oz box of Sun-Maid's standard raisins with a reclosable zipper top, sized for everyday snacking rather than bulk baking. No fat or cholesterol, just dried grapes.

This is the smallest of the Sun-Maid sizes in this set, closer to an everyday snack box than a baking stock-up. The zipper top is the point of difference from Sun-Maid's classic red carton, letting the box reclose without a clip or separate bag. It is aimed at people trying to add more fruit to their day rather than bakers buying in volume.

• 10 oz box
• Reclosable zipper top
• No fat or cholesterol
• Everyday snacking size

Who it's for

Fits anyone who wants a small, resealable box of raisins for daily snacking. Bakers who go through raisins fast will run out of this size quickly and are better served by the larger canister or multi-pack.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

As a plain dried fruit with no fat or cholesterol, this delivers on the basic promise of an easy way to add fruit to a day, which is how Sun-Maid frames it. The zipper closure is the functional upgrade over a standard carton, keeping the raisins from drying out between snacking sessions. At 10 oz it will not last long in a house that bakes regularly.
