Overview
Winco makes this spatula with a stainless steel blade and a wood handle. The blade is rigid and the handle is offset, a layout aimed at restaurant service and at flipping breakfast foods, burgers and sandwiches.
Rigid steel and an offset handle give leverage and hold knuckles above hot surfaces, while the dishwasher safe listing simplifies cleanup. It is one spatula, not a set, and the medium size limits how much it lifts at once.
Who it's for
A line cook or home griller who wants a restaurant-style spatula for flat-top work. Anyone building a full tool set, or turning very large cuts, needs more than this single medium blade.
Pros and cons
- Rigid stainless steel blade
- Offset handle clears hot surfaces
- Dishwasher safe listing
- Sold as a single spatula
- Medium blade size only
- Blade thickness not listed
Performance notes
A rigid blade slides under food without bending, which matters when lifting burgers or sandwiches. The offset handle lifts the hand above the cooking surface, and the rectangular edge gives a flat contact line for scraping and turning.
