Overview
High school math and science classrooms are the setting for this color graphing calculator, which plots graphs over real photos so students can model everyday shapes. A sharp color LCD separates multiple graphs and formulas by color.
Color graphs and picture plotting make it easier to tell several functions apart and connect math to real objects. It runs on disposable batteries rather than a rechargeable pack.
Who it's for
Students heading into geometry, trigonometry, AP Calculus and AP Statistics get a test-approved color grapher. Pre-algebra students with simple needs will pay for features they rarely use.
Pros and cons
- High resolution color display

Performance notes
Color lets each graph and formula carry its own hue, which makes overlapping functions easy to tell apart on one screen. Processing speed governs how quickly complex graphs redraw, and the listing describes it as quick on lengthy calculations.
