Overview
PlayMonster packs the classic Farkle dice game into a cup with a lid that holds six dice and a set of rules. Players roll to build a score or stop before a Farkle wipes out their points.
A game that fits in a bag and plays without screens is easy to bring along. The cup holds everything, but the listing gives no scorepad, so players must keep score another way.
Who it's for
Two or more players on a car trip or a kitchen table can start right away. Big groups needing multiple dice sets will want to buy a second copy.
Pros and cons
- Dice cup with lid included
- Portable, small box
- Screen-free family play
- No scorepad listed
- Only one set of dice
- Luck drives most outcomes
Performance notes
Players decide each turn whether to keep rolling and risk losing points or stop and bank them, so results combine chance with a risk choice. The cup rolls the dice in a contained space, which reduces dice falling off the table.
