ASIN: B0051BNU9QModel: S01000Category: Leg Exercisers
Overview
A rigid plastic rocker board designed to stretch the calf, Achilles tendon and foot by rocking the body's weight forward while standing on the curved platform.
Unlike a resistance based leg exerciser, the ProStretch S01000 works through body weight and the curve of the platform itself. At just 14.5 ounces it's something to keep by a desk or bed for regular use rather than a piece of gym equipment.
- Plastic construction
- 14.5 oz weight
- Blue color
- Single unit, 1 count
Who it's for
Fits runners, walkers and anyone working calf or Achilles flexibility into a stretching routine. Not built for strength training or resistance based leg work.
Pros and cons
- Simple design with no moving parts to maintain
- Light enough to store anywhere
- Works calf and Achilles stretch through body weight alone
- Plastic build, not a metal frame
Performance notes
The stretch comes from the fixed curve of the platform rather than a motor or resistance band, so the result depends on standing weight and how far a user leans into the rock.
