Overview
A grain-free chicken recipe dog food from Grandma Lucy's, sold in a 10-pound bag (160 oz) meant for all life stages. It is formulated as a limited-ingredient diet without by-products or added preservatives.
The listing sits under a Dehydrated Food category, though the product data does not spell out preparation steps, so the format is described here only as sold. What is confirmed is the grain-free, limited-ingredient formulation and all-breed-size recommendation.
- Grain-free chicken recipe
- 10 lb (160 oz) bag
- Limited-ingredient diet
- All life stages, all breed sizes
Who it's for
Fits owners of dogs with grain sensitivities or those wanting a limited-ingredient formula across life stages. Owners needing a specific therapeutic diet should look at a veterinary formula instead, since this is a general all-breed food.
Pros and cons
- Grain-free, limited-ingredient formula
- No by-products or added preservatives
- Suitable across all life stages
- 10 lb bag may not suit larger households needing bulk feeding
- Preparation format is not clearly specified in the listing
Performance notes
Chicken is the named protein and the formula avoids grain, common by-products, and added preservatives, which keeps the ingredient list short for dogs sensitive to fillers. The all-breed-size recommendation means it is not tailored to one dog size's kibble shape or calorie density.
