Overview
A vegan or dairy free shopper gets a coconut milk beverage in a carton that is labeled shelf-stable. The plain Original taste makes it a drink rather than a dessert-style one.
Shelf-stable packaging means a carton can be stored without refrigerator space until it is opened, which helps a household that stocks up. The listing marks it vegan, gluten free, kosher and dairy free. It gives no direction for how long an opened carton lasts.
Who it's for
Households that avoid dairy and want a plant-based drink for everyday sipping. Anyone after a sweetened or flavored plant milk, or a cooking-grade coconut milk, should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Vegan and dairy free
- Shelf-stable until opened
- Opened carton life not listed
- Plain taste, not sweetened
- Unit count field conflicts with the title
Performance notes
Shelf-stable packaging is what allows storage outside the refrigerator before opening, and the listed shelf life is the window for using it. The sweetness level makes it a plain beverage in use. Heating, cooking or blending behavior is not described in the listing.

How should I store So Delicious shelf-stable coconut milk?
