Overview
Self-luminous material provides the glow in this Isolite exit sign, which is printed with the word EXIT on a green background. It is an ABS plastic sign in landscape orientation with a face mount.
The reason to buy is the self-luminous design with a long stated service life, and no wiring is listed. The limitation is the missing detail: no dimensions, brightness, code approvals or mounting hardware are described.
Who it's for
Facilities that need exit marking where a self-luminous sign is acceptable to local code. Buyers who must show approvals or brightness data should get that documentation before purchase.
Pros and cons
- Self-luminous, no wiring listed
- Ten year stated life
- Dimensions not listed
- Code approvals not listed
- Mounting hardware not described
- Brightness not stated
Performance notes
A self-luminous source produces light continuously from its own material, so the sign stays visible without a bulb or switch. Its useful life is stated, but brightness and visibility distance are not given.
