Overview
Two safety locking zippers seal the cover of this bean bag, which is a child safety feature, and a tag inside shows how to open it to add fresh beans. A built-in handle makes it easy to carry from room to room.
Ready-filled comfort, a drink holder and a pocket are the reasons to buy it for shared student spaces and play areas. The nature of bean bags is that they go flat, and the fabric needs hand washing.
Who it's for
Students and kids who want a movable lounge seat with a place for a drink and a phone. Adults who want firm seating, or need to wash the cover in a machine, should choose another chair.
Pros and cons
- Ready filled out of the box
- Drink holder and pocket
- Built-in carry handle
- Safety locking zippers
- Fill flattens over time
- Hand wash only
- Soft seating lacks firm support
Performance notes
The loose fill shifts to shape around the sitter, which gives a relaxed, soft seat rather than a rigid one. Over time the beans compress, so a refill restores the loft. The sealed zippers hold the beans in when the bag is moved or sat on.
