Overview
Throwing on an electronic board is the job for these Viper Sidewinder darts, which pair a light weight with a tungsten body. Because tungsten is dense, a dart of this weight can use a narrower barrel than a brass one.
Light tungsten darts suit players who throw with a fast, flat arc and want a narrow barrel. Little else is stated: the listing gives no dart count, grip pattern, shaft or flight details, and the warranty window is short.
Who it's for
Players on electronic boards at home or in a bar league get a light tungsten dart for quick, flat throws. Steel tip players and anyone who needs full set details before buying should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Tungsten allows a narrower barrel
- Light weight for a fast throw
- Soft tip style for electronic boards
- Number of darts in the pack not listed
- Short warranty against defects
- Shafts and flights unspecified
Performance notes
Grouping at this weight depends on a consistent release, because a light dart reacts more to small changes in grip and follow-through. Tungsten density lets the barrel stay narrow, so darts can land closer together without deflecting off each other.
