Overview

Not a countertop processor for a home kitchen, but a commercial continuous feed cutter that slices and grates produce out a side discharge as fast as the hoppers are fed. Vegetables go in through the dual hoppers, the pusher drives them onto the disc, and the cut product falls out the side into a container below.

Throughput is why a high-output kitchen chooses it: the hoppers take anything from zucchini to root vegetables and the motor runs at one speed while product is fed continuously. The downside is care, since nothing on it goes in a dishwasher and the machine is heavy to move for cleaning.

Who it's for

Prep stations that slice and shred cases of vegetables every day get the most from the dual hoppers and stainless construction. A kitchen that processes only a few pounds a day, or that relies on a dishwasher for every part, should not buy a single-speed commercial unit.

The motor runs at a single speed, so consistency depends on feeding evenly through the hoppers and on matching the disc to the cut. Output leaves through the side discharge, so the container placed there sets how long the machine runs before stopping. Stainless steel on the base and hopper head stands up to commercial use, but every part is cleaned by hand.
