Overview
A small laundry corner or closet is the target for this folding ironing board, which collapses compactly for storage. A hanger rack holds finished garments, and a rest holds the steam iron.
The long, wide surface handles large pieces of cloth in fewer passes, and a thick cotton surface is meant to leave no prints on the fabric. Integrated wheels and a folding frame help with storage and moving. The cover heat rating is not given.
Who it's for
Apartment dwellers and small households that iron regularly but cannot give up floor space all the time. Anyone who needs a tabletop board for travel, or a wall-mounted one, should look at a different style.
Pros and cons
- Large ironing surface
- Height adjustable across a wide range
- Hanger rack for finished clothes
- Thick cotton cover and pad
- Floor standing, not wall mounted
- Weighty metal frame
- Cover heat rating not listed
Performance notes
The thick cotton cover and pad are meant to prevent prints from showing in the fabric, and the corrosion-treated mesh platform supports the surface. Adjustable height lets the user match the board to their own stance. Four legs and feet give a stable base, and the wheels ease moving.
