Overview
Despite the wok name, this is a perforated nonstick grill basket sized 11 by 11 inches, built to hold vegetables, shrimp, and cubed meat over charcoal or gas grill grates without losing pieces through the bars.
The holes are meant to let smoke and flame reach the food while the raised edges keep small pieces contained, and it is rated for grills running under 400 F.
