Overview
This is a 15-count set of 6 gram steel tip darts with plastic flights in five colors, sized for casual and beginner play rather than tournament weight.
At 6 grams these sit well under the roughly 18 to 26 gram range common on tournament steel-tip darts, which the listing itself frames as suited to starters and kids rather than serious players. The payoff is five separate colors in one 15-dart set, useful for a household or party where several people share one board.
- 15-piece set, 6 grams each
- Steel tip for bristle dartboards
- 5 mixed colors: pink, yellow, red, blue, green
- Plastic flights and tips
Who it's for
Casual throwers, kids, or households wanting a colorful set for a home dartboard. Not suited to league players who expect tournament-weight barrels.
Pros and cons
- 15 darts in five colors in one set
- Steel tips work with standard bristle boards
- Low cost for casual or kids play
- 6 grams is lighter than tournament-standard darts
- Plastic flights wear faster than nylon ones
Performance notes
At 6 grams, lighter than the 18 to 26 gram range typical of steel-tip darts used in regular play, these fly with less momentum, which eases board damage and makes them easier for lighter or less experienced throwers to control, though it also means less penetrating force for serious matches.
