Overview
A stable, budget ab roller that earns its praise from the double-wheel base rather than any single standout feature.
It is filed under Upper Body Machines, but this is a hand-held ab wheel, not a machine, and the specs confirm as much.
- Double-wheel design for reduced wobble
- Contoured foam grip handles
- Multi-surface use out of the box
- Compact and portable for travel or gym bag
Who it's for
Fits someone doing standing or kneeling ab rollouts who found single-wheel rollers too tippy. Not the pick for someone chasing the largest possible wheel diameter for the smoothest roll.
Pros and cons
- Noticeably more stable than single-wheel rollers
- Comfortable grip handles
- Holds heavier users, around 225 to 230 lbs, with little wobble
- Works on carpet, tile and hardwood
- Wheel circumference is smaller than pricier rivals like the Ab Carver Pro
- Stability still depends on the user's core control, not just the tool
Performance notes
Stability still comes down to core control: the wheel will not stop a fall if your form breaks down.
