SYBA SD-ADA31040 VGA to HDMI Converter

Overview

Unlike a plain adapter that only passes one signal type, Syba builds this unit as a small hub with four HDMI ports plus auxiliary and VGA connections. It rests in a media setup and routes those inputs through one box. The compact body fits behind a TV or on a shelf.

A compact hub makes sense when several sources and a display need to meet in one place. Four HDMI ports cover a few devices, and the VGA and auxiliary connections widen what can join. Nothing about the box tells you which cables come along, so the wiring is on you.

Who it's for

A desk or living room with a game console, a streaming box and a computer that all need to reach one screen suits this hub. The auxiliary and VGA connections help older gear join the same setup. Shoppers who want a finished kit with every cable included should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The box routes signals between its HDMI, VGA and auxiliary connections, so the result depends on which source and display you pair it with. Resolution and signal direction are not stated, so check both against your gear before buying. A compact housing means it can tuck behind a screen without much room.
