Overview
At 0.5 pounds and 25000 RPM, the DEWALT DWMT70783 is sized as a compact, handheld die grinder rather than a bench or angle grinder. It runs on 120 volts corded electric power and measures 7 by 3.2 by 2.3 inches.
The small footprint and light weight point to a die grinder built for detail work such as deburring, polishing, or grinding in tight spaces, not heavy stock removal. DEWALT has not published the collet size or included accessories in this listing.

- High 25000 RPM speed
- Compact size for tight spaces
- Corded, not battery powered
- Collet size not published
- Not suited to heavy stock removal
Performance notes
A high RPM paired with a light, compact body is the signature of a die grinder, built to spin small bits or burrs fast for control in tight spaces rather than to remove large amounts of material quickly. Running on a 120 volt cord means steady power without battery runtime to manage, at the cost of being tethered to an outlet.
