Overview
Mr. Sketch's 14 count chisel tip markers pair scent with color, tying each shade to a matching aroma such as cinnamon or orange. The chisel tip is built to produce three line widths from a single marker.
The scent is the real differentiator here, not just a marketing line: the seller copy ties specific colors to specific smells, cinnamon for a giraffe drawing, orange for a plane. Beyond that it functions as a washable marker with a thick barrel meant for smaller hands rather than precision illustration.
- 14 scented colors in one pack
- Chisel tip for variable line width
- Large barrel sized for children
- Non-toxic, washable formula
Who it's for
Aimed at kids coloring at home or school and parents choosing gift friendly school supplies. Adults wanting fine line precision markers for detailed art will find the chisel tip and thick barrel better suited to broad coloring.
Pros and cons
- 14 scents matched to 14 colors
- Chisel tip gives broad and fine lines
- Thick barrel easy for kids to hold
- Non-toxic and washable
- Chisel tip trades precision for broad strokes
Performance notes
The chisel tip is shaped to lay down both broad strokes and finer lines depending on the angle held, which is why the seller lists three line widths from one tip. The thick barrel is sized for a child's hand rather than a precision grip, trading fine control for ease of holding.
