Overview
EZ Melts Calcium & Magnesium combines calcium and magnesium with vitamin D3 in a strawberry smoothie flavored dissolvable tablet, 60 tablets per bottle for 30 servings. It is non-GMO and vegan, aimed at heart, bone, immune and brain health support.
Dissolvable tablets are meant to break down on or under the tongue rather than being swallowed whole, an option for anyone who has trouble with pills or capsules. Pairing calcium and magnesium with vitamin D3 in one tablet covers three nutrients that often get taken separately, and the listed 30 servings from 60 tablets implies a two-tablet serving size.
- 60 dissolvable tablets, 30 servings
- Strawberry smoothie flavor
- Non-GMO and vegan
- Includes vitamin D3 with calcium and magnesium
Who it's for
Works for anyone who wants a dissolvable rather than swallowed calcium and magnesium supplement, particularly those already following a vegan diet. Not for anyone who dislikes strawberry flavoring or needs a higher per-serving calcium dose than a two-tablet serving provides.
Pros and cons
- Dissolvable format, no swallowing required
- Combines calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3 in one product
- Non-GMO and vegan
- Flavored strawberry smoothie taste
- 30 servings per bottle is a shorter supply than many monthly products
- Strawberry flavor only, no unflavored option
Performance notes
The 60-tablet bottle delivers 30 servings, suggesting two tablets per serving, in a strawberry smoothie flavor meant to dissolve rather than be swallowed.
