Overview
The Strike MRCSB18-195 is a 1/8 ounce spinnerbait finished in chartreuse shiner color, built from synthetic material and marketed specifically toward crappie anglers.
At 1/8 ounce, this is a light spinnerbait sized for finesse presentations rather than deep or fast-water casting, which fits its stated crappie target since crappie typically respond to smaller, slower moving baits. The chartreuse shiner color is a common visibility choice in stained or low light water. The listing labels its technique as J Hook, though spinnerbaits are more commonly fished on standard casting or spinning tackle rather than described by hook type.
- 1/8 ounce spinnerbait
- Chartreuse shiner color
- Targets crappie
- Synthetic material construction
Who it's for
Crappie anglers who want a light, single spinnerbait in a shiner-imitating color for finesse casting. Not intended for anglers targeting heavier gamefish that need larger profile spinnerbaits.
Pros and cons
- Light 1/8 ounce weight for slow, finesse presentation
- Chartreuse shiner color suited to stained water
- Sized specifically for crappie
- Sold as a single piece, not a multi-pack
- Not sized for larger gamefish
Performance notes
The light 1/8 ounce weight lets this bait fall slowly and stay in the strike zone longer, which suits crappie's often more deliberate feeding behavior compared to bass. The chartreuse shiner coloring is intended to stand out in murky or low-light water.
