Overview
RitFit's wrist wraps combine a lifting strap with neoprene wrist padding in one piece, aimed at deadlifts, pull-ups, and other grip-heavy lifts.
- 7.1 x 3.2 inch neoprene padding, 6.55mm thick
- Anti-slip heavy-duty strap design
- Dual-purpose wrist wrap and lifting strap
- Available in multiple colors
Who it's for
Suits lifters whose grip fails before their target muscles do on deadlifts, rows, or pull-ups and who want wrist padding built into the strap. Less ideal for a first-time strap user wanting the simplest possible setup, since there's a real learning curve.
Pros and cons
- Padding prevents wrist bruising on heavy deadlifts
- Strap grip outlasts bare-hand grip on pulls
- One piece covers both wrist support and strap
- Takes a few sessions to learn to put on fast
- Bulkier feel than a plain strap out of the box

Frequently asked questions
Do RitFit wrist wraps double as lifting straps?
Yes, the strap is built through the padded wrist wrap, so it functions as both wrist support and a grip-assist strap in one piece.
