Overview
The OXO 6394300 is a highchair built around a plastic frame with a foam seat cushion, rated to hold a child up to 70 pounds. That capacity sits well above typical infant highchair limits, suggesting a chair meant to keep working well into the toddler years.
The plastic and foam combination points to a wipeable shell paired with a cushioned insert for comfort. The listed 5 by 12 by 13.5 inch measurement does not read as a full highchair footprint, so it is left out of the claims here rather than stated as the chair's actual size.
- 70 lb weight capacity
- Plastic frame with foam cushion
- Portable
- Built for kid age range
Who it's for
Families wanting one highchair to last from early feeding through the toddler years, given the 70 pound rating. Less suited to anyone specifically shopping for an ultra-compact chair, since the higher capacity generally comes with a larger frame.
Pros and cons
- 70 lb weight capacity outlasts many infant chairs
- Foam cushion seat adds comfort
- Portable per the listing
- Full chair dimensions unclear from listing data
- Listed item weight of 3.7 lbs seems to describe a component, not the whole chair
Performance notes
A 70 pound capacity on a plastic frame implies a sturdier build than typical foam only seats, with the cushion layer added on top for comfort during long meals.
