Overview
Setting the digital timer for up to four meals lets this Cat Mate feeder serve wet, raw or dry food while you are at work or away. One bowl is open straight away, and ice packs under the tray keep wet food chilled.
Owners can feed wet food on schedule, which most dry kibble dispensers cannot, and portion meals to curb overeating. There is no app or camera, and battery requirements are listed inconsistently.
Who it's for
Owners of one or two cats or a small dog on portioned wet diets will use the ice packs most. Large dogs need a bigger feeder.
Pros and cons
- Handles wet and raw food
- Ice packs included
- Portion control by compartment
- No app control
- Power details unclear
- Too small for large dogs
Performance notes
Food freshness depends on the ice packs staying cold, which limits how long wet food can sit. Portion size is set by compartment capacity. The timer rotates the lid to expose each bowl at the programmed time.
