Overview
Built to mirror pads used in physical therapy clinics, the Gradient Fitness Balance Pad is a 2.5 inch thick foam pad for balance, ankle and core work.
It ships in a carry bag with an exercise reference poster, useful for anyone following a specific PT routine rather than freeform balance training.
- 2.5 inch thick foam construction
- Ships with carry bag and exercise poster
- Used in ankle, knee and general balance rehab
Who it's for
Fits people doing at-home ankle or balance rehab, personal trainers working with older clients, or anyone wanting a firm, PT-grade pad for core and stability drills. Less suited to buyers who specifically want the pad in a color other than black, since at least one buyer received black instead of the green shown in listing images.
Pros and cons
- Comes with a carry bag and exercise reference poster
- Holds up well with light daily use over months
- Color received may not match listing photos, one buyer got black instead of green
- Carry bag's string strap can tear if it catches on something
Performance notes
It ships with a carry bag and an exercise poster, which several buyers used as a reference for continuing PT routines independently.
