Overview
An internal DSP applies EQ settings for bass and treble and compensates for speaker position in this pair of compact monitors, one powered and one passive, joined by a speaker cable.
The reason to buy is the small footprint with DSP-based EQ and position compensation, plus Bluetooth for casual playback. The limit is stated power: the title and the specs disagree, and driver size and frequency fields read inconsistently.
Who it's for
A music maker working in a small room who wants compact monitors with placement compensation and wireless playback. Buyers who need documented balanced inputs or higher output for a larger room should consider bigger monitors.
Pros and cons
- Internal DSP with EQ
- Bluetooth A2DP playback
- Compact tabletop format
- High-rigidity composite enclosure
- Output power stated two ways
- Wired input types not described
- Driver size fields conflict
Performance notes
The DSP applies EQ for bass and treble and compensates for placement, which reduces the effect of the speaker position on a desk. A three inch woofer and a small tweeter do the work inside a high-rigidity composite enclosure. Bluetooth streams from phones and computers within the listed range.
