ASIN: B01E64C9O0Category: Rifle Scopes
Overview
Hatsan Optima - a black rifle scope.
Despite sitting in the Rifle Scopes category, nearly every review describing an actual mount references air rifles: Gamo and Hatsan break barrels, an RWS 350 spring gun, and PCP air rifles, where recoil and vibration are harsher on scope internals than on most centerfire rifles.
- 3-12x zoom with 50mm adjustable objective
- 1-inch tube with mil-dot reticle
- Dovetail mounts included
- Rated water, fog and shock resistant
Who it's for
Fits airgun shooters mounting a budget scope on a spring-piston or PCP air rifle who want adjustable objective parallax correction at short range. Less suited to anyone needing precise, repeatable elevation and windage tracking, since one buyer found those adjustments barely moved the point of impact.
Pros and cons
- Reportedly outlasts other budget scopes on magnum spring guns
- Adjustable objective for parallax correction
- Clear glass reported even on heavy-recoil air rifles
- Dovetail mounts included
- Windage and elevation barely moved for one buyer
- Included mounts can loosen without a lock pin
