• 0.7 cu ft capacity, 700 watts of power
• 10 power levels with 6 one-touch cook settings
• Defrost by weight or by time
• LED display with clock, timer, and child safety lock

Who it's for

Suits a small kitchen, dorm, office break room, or a temporary stand-in during a remodel, where compact size and low cost are the priority. Not suited to anyone who needs to heat large dishes quickly, since 700 watts runs noticeably slower than a higher-wattage model.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Ten power levels and six one-touch settings, including popcorn, potato, and pizza, cover most everyday reheating without manual time and power guesswork, and defrost can run by weight or by time. At 700 watts, cook times run longer than a higher-wattage microwave for the same dish, which one reviewer flagged directly when comparing it to an 1,100-watt unit used during a kitchen remodel.
