Overview
This Gaiam dumbbell weighs 4.15 pounds and comes in a lime color, with the listing counting it as a single piece. It fits shoppers looking for a light hand weight for toning work, yoga-adjacent strength moves or rehab exercises.
Gaiam is better known for yoga and mat-based fitness gear, and this dumbbell reads as an entry into that lighter end of strength training rather than a heavy lifting tool. At roughly 4 pounds it sits well below the range serious lifters use, which makes it a match for specific use cases rather than general strength building.
