Overview
An 18 inch floor standing subwoofer cabinet rated for 2000 watts, built around Cerwin Vega's Mobile CV line with an XLR line level input for pro audio and DJ setups rather than a plug and play home subwoofer.
At 171 lbs and roughly 26 x 38 x 39 inches, this is a large format cabinet meant to sit on the floor and move air in bigger spaces, not slot into a media console. The XLR input ties it to mixer and amp based rigs more than a standard home receiver hookup.
- 18 inch driver
- 2000W power rating
- XLR line level input
- 171 lb floor standing cabinet
Who it's for
Fits DJs, mobile entertainers, and anyone building a pro style low end for a large room or event space. It is not sized or wired for a typical living room home theater setup.
Pros and cons
- Large 18 inch driver for high output bass
- XLR input suits pro audio and DJ rigs
- Floor standing cabinet needs no separate stand
- 171 lb cabinet is difficult to move alone
- XLR input is not a standard home receiver connection
- No listed Wi-Fi or app control
Performance notes
The 18 inch driver and 2000 watt power rating point to high output low frequency reproduction suited to filling large or open spaces rather than tight rooms. The XLR input means it expects to be fed from a mixer or amplifier rather than a receiver's subwoofer output.
