Overview
Replacing a refrigerator water filter on a listed LG or Kenmore model is the job of this three pack of cartridges. Each one uses natural activated carbon from coconut together with lead-free material to cut chlorine.
Households with a listed LG refrigerator get several cartridges in one order instead of a single swap. The material list and ANSI certification point to a standard carbon filter. Filter life and flow rate are not stated, so replacement timing needs the refrigerator manual.
Who it's for
Owners of the refrigerators named in the listing can stock up for several changes. A model number check comes first, because the cartridge is made for specific housings. Other refrigerator brands are outside the stated list.
Pros and cons
- Three cartridges in one pack
- Coconut activated carbon media
- ANSI external testing certification
- Covers many LG models
- Filter life not listed
- Flow rate not stated
- Only the named refrigerator models are supported
Performance notes
Water passes through activated carbon made from coconut, which reduces chlorine and improves taste. The listing says beneficial minerals are retained, so the claim is about taste rather than mineral removal. Fit depends on the cartridge matching the refrigerator housing, which is why the model list matters. Capacity in gallons is not given.
