Overview
A nursery crib is where this mattress goes, with a firm white face for infants and a plush brown face for toddlers. Bonnell steel coils lie beneath foam, and a waterproof vinyl cover resists stains.
The reason to buy is a single mattress that covers infant and toddler stages by flipping it. The limit is the short warranty and the standard crib size, so it will not fit a larger bed.
Who it's for
New parents setting up a standard crib will use the firm infant side first and the plush side later. Families moving a child to a larger bed need another mattress size.
Pros and cons
- Reversible firm and plush sides
- Waterproof vinyl cover
- Spring coil support
- Wipe clean only
- Crib size only
Performance notes
The firm face limits sinking for infants, while the flip face adds a softer feel for toddlers. Steel coils support the foam layer, and the vinyl cover blocks liquids so cleanup is a wipe.
