Overview
Sogeval's Douxo Micellar Ear Cleansing Solution is an 8.4 ounce rinse for dogs and cats built around micellar technology to lift greasy debris from the ear duct, meant as a cleansing step before any other ear treatment is applied.
Micellar technology, the concept behind micellar makeup removers, is aimed specifically at oily and greasy buildup rather than acting as a broad all-purpose ear wash.
- 8.4 oz micellar ear cleansing solution
- Formulated to lift greasy material from the ear duct
- Intended as a cleansing step before other ear treatments
- For dogs and cats
Who it's for
Suited to dogs and cats whose ear debris is described as greasy or oily, where a cleaning pass is wanted before another treatment goes in. Owners without any review history to check should judge this one on the label alone.
Pros and cons
- Targets greasy debris specifically, not general grime
- Suitable for both dogs and cats
- Positioned to prep ears before treatment
- Label gives no dosing frequency detail
Performance notes
Micellar technology, the same principle behind micellar cleansing water for skin, is built to lift oily and greasy material out of the ear duct rather than acting as a broad all-purpose cleanser. The label positions it as a preparatory step, used to clean the ear before any other treatment goes in, for both dogs and cats.
