- Non-slip textured surface
- About 3 lbs, portable
Who it's for
Suits people building general core strength and body awareness, including desk workers wanting movement while seated and athletes doing pre-season conditioning. Given the manufacturer's own caution against rehab use, anyone recovering from an injury should confirm suitability with their physical therapist rather than relying on reviewer experience alone.
Pros and cons
- Full 360-degree rotation for varied balance work
- Non-slip surface works on hardwood or carpet
- Lightweight (about 3 lbs) and easy to store
- Holds up well over a year of regular use per one reviewer
- Manufacturer does not recommend it for rehab or injury recovery use, despite reviewer use for that purpose
- At least one unit arrived with visible scuffs and wear
