Overview
The WEN 33606 is a corded electric saw with a metal blade, running at 3400 RPM from a 792 watt motor on standard 120 volt power. It weighs 5.4 pounds and lists a 2 inch cutting capacity.
WEN's model numbering spans several saw formats, and this listing doesn't specify which cutting style it is, so treat the 2 inch capacity as the clearest guide to what it can cut rather than assuming a specific saw type. The metal blade and metal construction point toward durability meant for repeated shop use.
- 3400 RPM motor speed
- 792 watt power output
- 2 inch cutting capacity
- Metal blade construction
Who it's for
Fits buyers who want a corded, moderately powerful saw for material up to about 2 inches thick and don't need cordless portability. Less suited to jobs demanding a battery powered tool or capacity well beyond 2 inches.
Pros and cons
- Metal blade and metal construction for durability
- 792 watt motor at 3400 RPM
- Lightweight at 5.4 pounds
- Corded, so reach depends on outlet access
- 2 inch capacity limits it to smaller material
Performance notes
At 3400 RPM the motor spins fast relative to its 792 watt draw, and the metal blade construction suggests it's built for denser material than a wood only blade would handle. Corded power keeps speed constant regardless of runtime.
