Overview
A high-power motor turning stainless steel blades drives the Blendtec Connoisseur Spacesaver, built for heavy daily blending in busy shops. A narrow footprint lets it fit tight counters and under cabinets.
Durability under constant use is the point, with commercial warranty terms and a motor meant for smoothies all day. Listing details are sparse: no speed count, weight or dimensions beyond width.
Who it's for
High-volume shops running smoothies and sauces back to back get a motor built for heavy daily use. Home users wanting quiet operation or recipe programs should look at household models.
Pros and cons
- Very powerful motor
- Large batch capacity
- Commercial warranty terms
- Speed count not listed
- Not dishwasher safe
- Sparse detail on jar material
Performance notes
Blend smoothness depends on motor power and blade speed: high wattage drives the blades through ice and frozen fruit without bogging down. The jar shape and blade design set how well food cycles back into the blades.
