Overview
An outdoor kitchen island is where this Barbeques Galore grill lives, built in rather than freestanding. Brushed stainless steel surrounds an adjustable charcoal tray, with dual vents in the hood and a slide-out ash tray.
An adjustable tray and dual airflow vents give control over a charcoal fire, and the warming rack adds a second level. Cabinet cutout dimensions, lid details and grate material are not described.
Who it's for
A homeowner with an outdoor kitchen island who prefers charcoal. Renters, small patios and shoppers wanting a freestanding unit should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Adjustable charcoal tray
- Easy-slide ash tray
- Removable warming rack
- Limited lifetime warranty
- Cutout dimensions not listed
- Needs an island or enclosure
Performance notes
An adjustable charcoal tray changes the distance between coals and food, which sets how hot the grate runs. Dual airflow vents in the hood control oxygen to the fire, and the removable warming rack holds finished food off the main heat.
