Overview
Rolling on four spinner wheels through the terminal, then sliding beneath the seat in front of you, the Samsonite underseat carry-on works as a wheeled personal item. A padded laptop compartment and quick stash front pockets organize work gear.
Personal item status is the reason to buy: you get wheels and a laptop sleeve without paying for overhead bin space. Space is tight, and larger laptops will not fit the padded sleeve.
Who it's for
Short trip flyers and commuters who want to roll instead of carry get spinner wheels in an underseat size. Travelers with large laptops or bulky clothes will run out of room fast.
Pros and cons
- Fits under most airline seats
- Spinner wheels roll upright
- Padded laptop compartment
- USB port for charging on the go
- Power bank not included
- Not water resistant
- Small laptop sleeve limit
- Warranty not listed
Performance notes
Four spinner wheels carry the bag upright, so it tracks easily down narrow aisles and needs no tilting. The USB port is only a pass-through to a battery you supply, so charging depends on that power bank's capacity.
