Overview
The Primo PRI-430B is a portable highchair built from polypropylene, rated for a 30 pound weight capacity and weighing 11 pounds itself. Listed dimensions are 22 inches deep, 21 inches wide and 33.5 inches tall.
The combination of a 30 pound capacity, portable rating and lightweight plastic build points to this being a fold-flat or booster-style highchair meant to move between rooms or travel, rather than a fixed full-size dining chair.
- 30 pound weight capacity
- 11 pound chair weight
- 22" D x 21" W x 33.5" H footprint
- Portable rating
Who it's for
Parents who want a highchair that can be carried or stored away rather than staying bolted in one spot, for babies within the 30 pound capacity. Not a fit for older or heavier toddlers past that limit.
Pros and cons
- Portable design suits moving between rooms
- Lightweight at 11 pounds
- Polypropylene build wipes clean easily
- 30 pound capacity limits use as a child grows
- No tray or harness detail given in the spec sheet
Performance notes
At 11 pounds, the chair is light enough for one adult to move between rooms, and its polypropylene build keeps it wipeable for regular cleanup after meals. The 30 pound capacity generally covers a baby from the start of solid foods through the toddler stage, though families should stop use once that limit is reached.
