Overview
The BOIFUN VB616 is a baby monitor set listed as one monitor and one camera, with 720p resolution, no-glow night vision, and wireless connectivity, weighing 490 grams.
The listing title is in Spanish, un monitor y una camara, which just confirms this is the single-camera starter kit rather than a multi-camera bundle. No-glow night vision means the infrared illumination is designed not to show a visible red glow in a dark room, which matters if the camera sits near the crib.
- Resolution: 720p
- No-glow night vision
- Wireless connectivity
- Item weight: 490 grams
Who it's for
Parents setting up a first nursery camera who want 720p video and dark-room viewing without extra cameras or add-on hardware. Households that plan to watch multiple rooms will need to check whether additional cameras are sold separately.
Pros and cons
- 720p resolution for a clearer nighttime picture
- No-glow night vision avoids a visible red light
- Specs don't confirm two-way audio or range
- Ships as a single camera and monitor pair
Performance notes
Video runs at 720p over a wireless connection, and the no-glow night vision uses infrared lighting that stays invisible in the dark rather than the visible red glow older monitors use. At 490 grams the camera unit is light enough for a shelf or wall mount.
