Overview
A media shelf, a home office desk or a hobby room can host the Fosi Audio Pro amplifier, a Bluetooth unit that takes a wireless stream and sends it to wired speakers. Power comes through the separate adapter shipped with it.
Wireless playback with a dedicated adapter in the box makes setup a matter of plugging in and pairing. The listing is nearly empty on performance, with no output figure or warranty, which leaves speaker matching to the manufacturer's own sheet.
Who it's for
Aimed at a desk or shelf system where wired speakers need a wireless source without a full receiver. Shoppers who want every rating spelled out on the page will find the listing too sparse.
Pros and cons
- Bluetooth input for wireless playback
- Dedicated power adapter in the box
- Light enough to tuck onto a shelf
- User manual included
- Output power, channels and warranty unlisted
- No speakers or speaker wire supplied
- Separate adapter needs an outlet nearby
Performance notes
Usable volume is set by the speakers' sensitivity and by the current the supplied adapter can feed the amplifier. Wireless dropouts follow distance and obstacles between the source and the unit. With no rated output on the page, how it handles demanding speakers cannot be judged from the listing.
