Overview
The Chefman RJ07-45-SS is a 4.5-liter stainless steel deep fryer with a dial-adjustable thermostat, timer, and a lid viewing window so you can check food without lifting it. A magnetic breakaway cord and removable oil container round out the safety and cleanup features.
At 4.5 liters this fryer is sized for batch cooking, wings, whole chicken pieces, or a full basket of fries in one go rather than several small rounds.
