Overview
Enthusiast photographers and wedding or event shooters get a full frame mirrorless body with in body stabilization and wide autofocus coverage. This bundle adds a cleaning kit, a shoe cap and Corel PC software, and lenses attach through the Sony E mount.
Full frame low light ability with stabilization and dual card slots covers paid event work and travel alike. No lens comes in this bundle, and its rear screen is modest by newer standards.
Who it's for
Photographers who already own or plan to buy E mount lenses and need clean high ISO files. First time buyers wanting a ready to shoot kit should choose a bundle that includes a lens.
Pros and cons
- Full frame sensor for low light
- Wide area autofocus tracking
- In body stabilization
- Dual SD card slots
- No lens in this bundle
- Lower resolution rear screen
- SD slots limited to UHS-I speed
Performance notes
Low light quality comes from the large back illuminated sensor working with the BIONZ X processor, which holds noise down at high ISO. Stabilization in the body steadies any mounted lens, though the burst buffer and card speed govern how long fast sequences last.
